   This's triggered by oracle-jdbc : OracleDatabaseMetaData.getIndexInfo() (bytecode decompiled from com.oracle.database.jdbc:ojdbc10:19.6.0.0)
   shardingsphere will call IndexMetaDataLoader.load on startup
