Well, I am using v2.0.1 and when i was trying to group the samplers. I was not 
able to use the extracted value for all the HTTP Requests.

When i tried again...with not grouping the samplers...I was able to access the 
extracted value...

So I am not sure...if this is the exact reason for the scope restriction.

Since this work-around is solving the current issue. I am going ahead with it.
I shall update..if i progress on the issue.
