Replacing OPSUI - Functionality

Evening chaps

I'm working on documententing existing functionality and potential new functionality in a replacement OPSUI.

Its work in progress, and entirely flexible and of course we can extend it over time.
Rishi was talking about how the command line is still prevelant day to day, which is true, so what operations can we move from there into a nice UI for users who don't want to hack around in a terminal, or are mobile/remote etc and want a web interface to use instead of a SSH login and a bash terminal.

Add comments here or on jira and i'll flesh it out.
