[GitHub] commons-lang pull request: Add ThreadUtils

    Add ThreadUtils

    Add org.apache.commons.lang3.ThreadUtils which provide helper methods related to java.lang.Thread
    
    * getSystemThreadGroup()
    * getAllThreads()
    * getAllThreadGroups()
    * findThreadsByName(String threadName, String threadGroupName)
    * findThreadsByName(String threadName) 
    * findThreadGroupsByName(String threadGroupName)
    * findThreadById(long threadId, String threadGroupName)
    * findThreadById(long threadId)

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/salyh/commons-lang threadutils

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/commons-lang/pull/61.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #61
