Resigning as Mesos mentor

Despite my best efforts I've not been able to find time to adequately
fulfill my role as Mesos mentor and should step down, rather continue to
make promises of time and effort I can't keep.

With Chris Mattman's help, Mesos is getting itself into shape and will be a
great TLP in short order.
