Screenshots illustrating issue

1. Open Basic IDE
2. increase the width of Watch window - use thin black verticall bar.
   If you do it in a sequence you may obtain result similar to that you'll
   will see in attached file.
   Glitch is reversible, all it takes is to click anywhere in the gray area
   of "Type" field.
3. decrease the width of Watch window - use thin black verticall bar.
   You will spot missing vertical line at the end "Type" field. 
   Glitch is reversible, all it takes is to click anywhere
   in the gray area of "Type" header.
4. Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View
   change Scaling value
   Notice that this black vertical bar has disappeared. Resizing
   Watch window is still possible but one could think that from now on
   it is not, because it just looks like two windows (Watch, Call Stack)
   with fixed layout.
