when some machine being down, cluster thread will handle clean Event(ClusterHandler::protoZombieEvent). If some cluster_vc isn't close, so the clean Event will be rescheduled. now this delay is CLUSTER_RETRY(HRTIME_MSECONDS(10)). this delay is so frequent.
