DISCUSS - remove elasticsearch support from Oak 1.22 maintenance branch

See

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12191

> Due to the fact that oak-search-elastic seems to be unused and - in the version used in 1.22 - has lots of security issues, we should simply remove it.
>
> Proposal would be to remove in Oak 1.22.25; later this year.

Feedback, appreciated; either here or in the ticket.

Best regards, Julian
