The first round of tests migration. Required making some changes to some tests, in addition to some pom.xml project dependencies to pick moved files. Most of test classes in the patch pass successfully, few have failures, which may be bugs in MR2 or further changes to be done in the tests.

To run the tests, please apply first the patch from MAPREDUCE-3370.
