OT: Perl/CGI issue

I know this is off topic so flame away, but after I installed perl 5.6.1
none of my perl scripts run, they all can not find any .pm .  My @INC does
have the proper path to the .pm's.  Any suggestions?

BTW, the only reason I ask here is I have gotten no responses from any Perl
lists after 2 days of pulling my hair out.
