logging interface change in AXIS2 1.2

Hi,
 
Can someone confirm if there are changes in interface level between
AXIS2 1.2 and 0.94 release? I saw that the documentation for logging is
also not present for 1.2 as it is present for 0.94 at
ws.apache.org/axis2/0_94/userguide4.html
