Relabel the three actions shown:
1. Stopping Services -> Stop Services
2. Saving Configurations -> Save Configurations
3. Starting Services -> Start Services

Also, "Starting Services" is linked and clickable even before the task is started; it should only be linked and clickable once the task is started.
