MAILER-DAEMON messages

Hi,

I've been running SA with great success for a couple of months now. Now it
seems that the bulk of my spam is being sent to the MAILER-DAEMON account
for my domain. I imagine this is a common technique used by spammers. Is
there an effective way of blocking these messages without interrupting the
logical flow of mail through my system?

So if I understand - you are getting spam addressed to
MAILER-DAEMON@yourdomain.com ?

Blocking? Yes. With SpamAssassin? No. Spamassassin will never 'block' a
message.
