More or less Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale
[AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1523756 2013-09-16 20:50:21]" on German German
WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile.
It seems we have 2 (possibly related) problems here.
a) Acceptance of invalid Values in Validity dialog.
That problem already does exist for me with English OOo 3.1.1 with English
Locale setting. I can copy/paste the values from report, and they will be
accepted, but "23,34" is not a number for that Locale.
b) Change to strange values
This also is already reproducible for me with above mentioned 3.1.1. (after
save - close - reopen):
