Contributing contents in {{webapp/}} folder. 

Libraries used in the initial contribution are 
* bootstrap-2.3.2
* font-awesome-4.0.0
* jquery-1.10.2
* yui-3.13.0

Licenses for various vendors are mentioned in 
* {{incubator-falcon/prism/src/main/webapp/resources/licenses/NOTICE.txt}}

Due to the size of YUI library, I had to remove the following folders:
* {{incubator-falcon/prism/src/main/webapp/vendors/yui-3.13.0/api}}
* {{incubator-falcon/prism/src/main/webapp/vendors/yui-3.13.0/docs}}
* {{incubator-falcon/prism/src/main/webapp/vendors/yui-3.13.0/tests}}

We still have to compile {{webapp/}} folder into an optimized {{public/}} folder with minimum JS.
