[Axis2] Axis2 Code generation with Custom JRE's

Hi Devs,

This is related to Eclipse WTP Axis2 Integration Issue [1], on Web service
client code gen fails with customized JRE.
We've been able to fix this with the patch proposed latter on that thread.
Its a small fix that we can include in the entry point of the codegenraion
code.
