travis downloading issue

Hi folks,
 I'm not sure this is a funny game but restarting build on travis is
becoming an addiction :D. 
 Lots of issue downloading binaries from maybe maven central or
https://netbeans.osuosl.org/binaries/

 Would it be possible to make a cache of all libraries before all matrix
build.

Welcome to the club! I told you to get good at that.  ;-)

I assume you're just retriggering the 1 or 2 failing tests, not all of them?!

I think it's OSUOSL, and have mentioned that before.  I have a vague
recollection that some Maven links might be incorrect???
