Xalan C++ : CR missing.

It seems that, these days, the FormatterTo(X|HT)ML is doing something
different than it used to when it comes to <xsl:text
disable-output-escaping="yes">
is the stylesheet. (On windows systems where the line seperator is CRLF)

Everywhere else is fine, but any newlines that appeared inside <xsl:text
disable-output-escaping="yes"> are output as only a LF. The source .xsl file
had CRLF inside the tag... It was ok in v1.0 .
