Guice aware apache bval

Hi all friends,
in the sandbox I just terminated to commit the first usecase of the
bval-guice integration.
It uses guice to

1) bootstrap bval
2) create the constraints instances.

It would be nice if anyone could provide me any kind of feedback and,
obviously, any help will be very appreciated.
