-I think escalating this to a bug is a bit premature. This is clearly a config
error, and the kind of think for axis user.

-if you are using jboss.net and not a standalone axis, it is also something best
raised with the jboss groups. 

-Its clearly a java.lang.NoSuchMethodError, so the usual techniques for tracking
this down would apply
