Summary: False positive: Dynamic IP block, handled by it's own
                    ISP
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bart@fastmail.fm

SpamAssassin's SORBS rules should not signal RCVD_IN_SORBS when a Dynamic IP
Block IP (present in SORBS database) is handled by it's own ISP.

Example of false positive (2nd header IP is in Dynamic IP space):

... all outgoing mail from dynamic address space (and in a few cases static
space) should be made to flow through their ISP's mailserver.
