German Invitation: subject doesn't look nice

Hi

There is some hickup with the char settings of the subject line. It looks like this:

=?ANSI_X3.4-1968?Q?Einladung_f=3Fr_diese_Konferenz?=

That's the whole point - that hickup is not needed for German language
group, and yet very important to have localized subject work for other
languages.

AFAIR, that's a recommended way by RFC standard.
