[PR] fix(deps): bump grpc, x/crypto and x/net for known CVEs [skywalking-cli]

surlymochan opened a new pull request, #236:

   Bumps grpc 1.73.0 → 1.84.0, x/crypto 0.38.0 → 0.54.0 and x/net 0.40.0 → 0.57.0 to pick up their published security fixes; the other x/* and protobuf bumps come along with grpc. dist/LICENSE and CHANGES.md updated.
   
   Locally: build (all platforms), vet, unit tests, golangci-lint v2.11.4, license-header, dependency-license and check-codegen pass. The OAP e2e jobs only run on this repo's CI.
