Repo notifications fixed, but what is fineract-testrepo?

Hey all,

I noticed we were getting notifications to the wrong list for one of
our repositories (fineract-cn-mobile), and asked infra to get it
fixed.  In the process I noticed we have a repo named
fineract-testrepo.  That looks like a mistake.  Does someone need
that, or should I submit a ticket to get that repository deleted?
