Remove documentation on Camel TOEs

I ran across documentation on the Apache Camel Transaction Clients
(http://camel.apache.org/transactional-client.html), this
documentation has a link to an FAQ entry entitled "What is a Camel
TOE" (http://camel.apache.org/what-is-a-camel-toe.html). I would like
to request that this page be removed from the documentation or at
least re-titled "What is a Transaction Oriented Endpoint". The use of
the term Camel TOE is offensive and, at least in my organization, has
caused us to avoid what is otherwise highly regarded technology. Based
on the content of the FAQ entry, it is clear the original author
understood the alternative meanings for that term.

Thanks!
