Resolution: Fixed
Altered AMQProtocolSession.generateQueueName method to use Commons Lang StringUtils.replaceChars method to remove '/' and ';' chars. Added test classes (org.apache.qpid.client.protocol.*) with some simple string tests to check results as expected.
