[Patch] [Cocoon2] HTML entity support for HTMLSerializer.

Hi all,

I've attached a patch and jar which give the Cocoon2
HTMLSerializer support for HTML entities, (unicode 163
-> &pound; etc etc).

Comments/flames/letterbombs to the usual address... ;)
