   Sorry for the delayed reply.
   never solved, i duplicated the "thread pool is full" scenario again, and using jvisualvm i saw the L*_AGGREGATION thread is dead due to each 00:00 we start to run a daily ElasticSearch index removal job, this will make the ElasticSearch reject tasks at that time, i suppose this will make those threads dead one after one.
   Later we separate ElasticSearch used by Skywalking out, and never do index removal job, for almost a month, Skywalking seems works fine.
