Python-2.2.1 & Modules/Makefile

when using the --with-python argument to configure on 2.7.8,
I have to add a symlink from Modules/Makefile to Makefile in order for mod_python to figure out what libraries to link with.

Minor detail, but I thought I'd mention it before I forgot.
