Description:
Implement Freon command which allows the user to run three types of performance tests:
1. Pure read: should be able to read from a range of keys, with content or only metadata.
2. Pure write: should be able to write zero to specific bytes to a key within specific key range.
3. Read + Write workload
(pre-generated keys should be allowed to be in sorted order or unsorted order)
