Re: OK to fix incorrect syntax in published minutes?
Looks like there was a format change from January to February in the incubator podling headers.
January:
-------------------- Amaterasu
-------------------- Annotator
-------------------- BatchEE
February:
--------------------
Airflow
--------------------
Crail
--------------------
ECharts
Maybe we need to look closer at this. Why was this change made? What did it affect? Is there a change in the agenda or just the published minutes.
I'm copying whimsy dev.

Or rather, January 2018 was different from Dec 2017.

I suspect it was inadvertent, or a side effect of something else.

It affects collate_minutes which generates
https://whimsy.apache.org/board/minutes/

I've dropped Secretary@
It's not just Jan 2018:
2016/board_minutes_2016_10_19.txt:3401:-------------------- ODF Toolkit
Lots of trailing spaces in Jun 2017, e.g.
2017/board_minutes_2017_06_21.txt:3068:--------------------<sp>
Also Apr 2018:
2018/board_minutes_2018_04_18.txt:2847:--------------------<sp>
which also has
2018/board_minutes_2018_04_18.txt:4436:-------------------- SINGA
