When we upgrade from hadoop-3.2.1 to hadoop-3.3.0, we can't start nodemanager

Seems related to this patch and we know that it problem that it can't find path to libcrypto.so.1.0.0, seems $HADOOP_HOME/lib/native won't under container-executor's RPATH.
Can anyone give some advise about how to fix this problem elegantly
