oprhan/window control, blind tables, keep-with-next etc

Hi,

I've seen in the archives in the FOP mailing list lots of thread concerning this matter. Is there any news/update on when features like
orphan/widow control, keep-with-next will be implemented in FOP and Cocoon?

I see you posted your question on fop-user@xml.a.o also - FOP is but a 
library for us, so hopefully you will get an answer over there. If that 
fails, you politely ping fop-dev@xml.a.o instead.
