[I] Remove threadsafe warnings in fmpp Maven plugin (drill)

bdemers opened a new issue, #2928:

   When using the fmpp Maven plugin on a multi-threaded build (e.g. `--threads=#` or via `mvnd`) a thread safe warning is printed to the console.
   
   This is caused by a missing threadsafe annotation.
   
   From a quick look through the code, it doesn't look like the plugin would have any issues with multi-threaded builds, so simply adding the missing annotation should resolve this issue.
   
   Fixed in: #2926
