   ### What needs to happen?
   
   Spark 2 runner support has been deprecated recently with Spark 2 reaching it's end of life.
   
   Separate sources for the SparkStructuredStreamingRunner for Spark 2 & 3 to make it easier to innovate on / improve that new experimental runner for Spark 3 without having to support Spark 2..
