These changes have subtle implications.  The TimeZone of the Calendar being formatted will no longer be used as the TImeZone of the formatted output.  The TimeZone specified during construction of the Formatter/Printer will be used as the formatted TimeZone, (if no TimeZone is specified during construction, the system default TimeZone will be used.)
