---------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AMQ-2835
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-2835

          Issue Type: Improvement

Currently, timeout value must be at least 1ms. There's no technical obstacles in failing immediately, if no brokers is available.

Dejan Bosanac closed AMQ-2835.
------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

On a second look, these small timeout values doesn't make much sense as we will lose failover functionality completely.
