ok let me try this to explain in english:

in german (i don't know if it is so in other languages) you have a space before 
the ellipsis (...), and a space after if the text continues.

out of:
  "bla bla bla bla bla ..."
you get in the pdf when there is a linebrake something like:
  "bla bla bla bla bla<Linebrake>
  ..."
right would be:
  "bla bla bla bla<Linebrake>
  bla ..."

So in gerneral, a space befor the ellipsis must be a non-braking-space, after 
(if the sentence continues) an braking-space
