Copyrights updated

I just wrote a Ruby script to update all the copyrights on all the
software.  Huzzah.  Everything in HiveMind and Tapestry should now
have up-to date copyrights.

The script is also smart about updating copyrights,i.e., most files will now say

# Copyright 2004, 2005 T'he Apache Software Foundation

The new Ruby script hits properties files and XML files as well as
Java source files.  If you develop for Tapestry or HiveMind you should
get Ruby installed so that you can keep copyrights maintained
(especially on new code).
