[users@httpd] about Apache module of detecting Dos attack

Hi,

I'm looking for Apache module which detect HTTP DoS,
DDoS attack, or  brute force attack.
But I din't found suitable module.
Are there any imfomation of better modules?

You can easily detect DoS or DDoS attacks from apache logs. Either bruteforce 
attempts
