I don't reproduce what you described with AOO 4.1.1 under Win7 x64 Pro.
If I "save as" an ODT file in DOC format, I can open it on OneDrive without
problem.

So save time for us! Instead of a screenshot, attach a real document (ODT) to
reproduce.
