[MEETING] Meeting minutes 04/24

Hi All,

Please find today's meeting minutes as follows

1. Confirmation of the major item for next release related to JDK14
upgrade: migration of test cases to JDK14
2. Website items to be updated including version number and committer list.
3. Discussion of potential items for future releases, such as updating
docker image to Ubuntu 20.04
