Mixing Files

How can I mix files from different directories in Subversion into one
location in a TAG or in a directory on my hard drive?

I'm not *entirely* sure what you're asking, but if you want to pull
files from randomly all over the place in your tree into a single tag
folder, then just use svn copy.  Tag folders aren't any more special
than any other folder in the repository.
