Ambari Quick Start Guide for installing a cluster on local VMs

Hi all,

Quick Start Guide has been created to help people try out Ambari without
spending a lot of effort setting up physical hosts or suitable virtual
machines.

The guide includes steps to:
* Launch blank VMs (with unique hostnames and IP addresses pre-configured)
* How to install Ambari
* Install a cluster on the VMs
* How to destroy the VMs
