I don't see any actual enhancement request here.  Struts has nothing to do with 
jsessionid or cookie setting.  If you don't want the jsessionid in the url, use 
cookies.  If you don't want to use cookies, put the jsessionid in the url.  
There's not much we can do about this from Struts.
