Tomcat 3.2.3 and Windows 2000

Hello, I am running Tomcat 3.2.3 as an NT Service on a Windows 2000 system
and connecting to a SQL*Server 2000 database.  Every couple of days Tomcat
abnormally terminates and I have to restart the Service.  Does anyone know
why this may be happening?
