rule promotion

The rules were promoted this morning (or well, my morning).
However, the working copy changes were committed to the tag which is
generated by the rule promotion scripts.

So I guess the rule promotion scripts tag the workingcopy
/usr/local/spamassassin/automc/svn/trunk instead of tagging directly the
current trunk in the repository.

Maybe worth checking if your changes are still in the workingcopy.

What is this change in run_nightly about, the decreased version number?

I saw some errors in another script for version 3.4.2 and wanted to see
if going back to 3.4.1 would help any.  I will put this back since it
should be fine on 3.4.2 to test the next version with new plugins based
on being greater than 3.4.1.  I don't think this will make any
difference and is safe to put back to 3.4.2 now.
