[jira] [Created] (IGNITE-8964) Web Console: Refactor versionService.since() method

Alexey Kuznetsov created IGNITE-8964:
----------------------------------------

             Summary: Web Console: Refactor versionService.since() method
                 Key: IGNITE-8964
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-8964
             Project: Ignite
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: wizards
            Reporter: Alexey Kuznetsov
            Assignee: Alexey Kuznetsov

In current code I see many places with a kind of "magic"

const available = versionService.since.bind(versionService, targetVer.ignite);

But after looking at code I realized, that function since could be implemented directly on IgniteVersion class. And code will be a bit straight-forward.
