This patch creates ws-jaxme/jaxme-*/ projects, linking all appropriate sources/resources from the original sources.
This patch modifies no code, and allows for the old build system to keep working as is.
The symlink approach requires the build to run on a unix system; eventually sources should be moved and symlinks removed,
if this patch is accepted.

TODO: 
- clover
- let maven-jaxme-plugin pom extend the jaxme parent pom, stripping al distribution info (btw the svn urls are wrong for that pom).

The rest works; there's 1 unit test failing in the xs project (SyntaxTest), no idea why, so I commented it out for now.
