Error adding binary files

Hi all,

When adding 28,000 binary audio files to Subversion, a total of 3.4 GB, I get the following error after reading the last file of the set:

svn: Can't write to file 'C:\localRepository\db\transactions\977-1.txn\rev': The

process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of

the file.

It happened four hours after the import process begun. Has anybody found similar error to this one?

Thanks in advance,

Jerónimo

Are you running any antivirus on the server? Some AV products are
known to lock files that are still in use by Subversion, causing
problems like this. Try disabling the on-access scanner, at least for
the repository directory, and see if it helps/
